There’s lots to see in and around Hyde!

There are records of a flourishing market in Hyde as far back as 1848 which was “numerously attended by the residents of the populous districts around”. Things haven’t changed much then! Except the whole Town Centre is bigger, brighter and even busier, with the market ground and new civic square, right in the centre of town, opposite the Town Hall.
